Designed to provide RCRA annual refresher training for hazardous waste personnel required by 40 CFR Part 262.

    Designed to provide RCRA annual refresher training for hazardous waste personnel required by 40 CFR Part 262. 

    Anyone involved with the management of hazardous waste is required by the EPA to receive annual training. This includes, but is not limited to, EHSQ or Lab managers & supervisors, lab technicians, forklift drivers moving or loading hazardous waste containers, and maintenance technicians.

    Topics will include:
    Emergency Response
    Waste determination (classifying hazardous waste)
    Generator status
    Satellite accumulation
    Used Oil management
    Universal Waste 
    Record keeping and reporting
    Shipping and Manifesting
    Case studies for discussion
